I've been baking these loaves myself now for about 6 months and have completely ruined store-bought bread for my wife and myself, family and friends. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! The amount of work vs the payoff is incredible...I experimented with a slashed loaf and a handful of shredded Asiago cheese and the cheese bread was huge hit! Irish butter seems to pair really well with these loaves, (in moderation of course.) I now have a new reputation as the "Bread Guy" thanks to you, to go along with my infamous hot wings and "Chad's 'The Bomb'lettes" - I'll gladly share the recipes for both, but they have NO place on this site.
