		<description>So I&#039;ve been growing larger and larger since I got my job at fast food, almost 40 pounds excatly. I am 18 and 5&#039;9 at almost 200 pounds. I work at fast food and I&#039;ve tried diets, nutrisystem, but by the end of the day, the smell of the cheeseburger just gets me. I have always had a bad eating habit where I eat to be happy and cheeseburgers have always been so delicious to me. Now it&#039;s getting bad, and I can&#039;t quit my job. 

What tactic can I use to overcome my fatty obsession?</description>

@Tom: Hi Tom! Glad to see you&#039;re back from vacation. On the size of the goal, I am obviously in the same camp for those reasons. Starting to eat less should actually be one of the tips - As I recall, that actually is something I did as well, in the years preceding this one. Good call.</description>

		<description>This is great advice.  I am a big advocate of starting with simple goals.  I think many people start out too ambitious and become discouraged when the goals they set out aren&#039;t met.  Starting with simple goals helps build confidence and creates a sense of accomplishment.  These are all great tips, and I&#039;m going to try to use them so I can start eating less fast food.  Thanks for compiling this list, its very helpful.</description>
