		<description>Looks really good! What is it? I had Indian food once, but we didn&#039;t know what to order. Got something really spicy that I didn&#039;t like.

		<description>As a soon to be ex-fat guy who loves Chinese and Indian buffets, I am forcing myself to stay away. Far, far away.

These days, I let myself go to the good, local Indian place about once a month as a planned cheat meal and make sure to adjust my caloric intake accordingly the rest of the day. While getting my grub on, I limit myself to two plates (and try to minimize the rice and - less successfully - Nan bread).

It&#039;s gross to think that back in my heaviest days, I regularly went for three or even the occasional fourth plate at the Chinese buffets. &lt;a href=&quot;http://4xlt.willphillips.org/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;That&#039;s probably part of how I ended up at 440 pounds at my heaviest.&lt;/a&gt;

		<description>Portion control is always an issue for me when eating out...especially when trying a new place. I just want to try everything!

Seattle looks beautiful. I keep meaning on planning a trip to the NW...
