		<description>This is a really great post. I don't think that most people realize how important it is to focus on a variety of topics to manage weight.  I don't like to look at "fad diets" as much as your "diet" that you eat every day.  After all, weight managment is a life long process, not just a week or monthlong sprint.  
I think the best tip is the tip from Health Habits and how to motivate the unmotivated.  After all, motivation to action is the key, isn't it?
