I&#039;ve actually scaled way back on baking bread - I think it got me in a bunch of trouble last year. :) On the Tour, I commented to my wife numerous times how it must be strange to wait for hours for the Peleton to pass by, and then in a flash - it&#039;s all over! Not like a 3 hour game that goes back and forth - in a couple of minutes, it&#039;s done. But I&#039;d do it ;).
