		<description>You&#039;re on your way to success! Always remember that no journey is easy, as long as you stay focus on your goals and keep yourself  motivated at all times, you will succeed. Always remember to keep yourself hydrated with water, stay away from coffee, soda or anything carbonated. Do exercise atleast 30 mins a day and you should be fine. Hoping to read your success story by the end of the year. :)</description>

		<description>I started a leek broth fast earlier this week but it didn\&#039;t go to well. leeks are a mild diuretic and have the ability to cleanse the body better and release more water as you consume water throughout the one or two days. This type of fast seems more reasonable and rewarding. Thanks for the detailed post!</description>
