		<description>Wow, 20 pound weight loss in the month. That is better than most of the Biggest Losers I bet. That is fantastic.

It is really cool to see that you track more than one stat, weight loss, I have no goals for the month but have a 4 time a week workout goal for the week every week which puts the pressure on for Friday when I always want to be lazy.

Good to hear that you aren&#039;t sick anymore that should help your energy if nothing else. I hate to be sick

I love resistance exercises. Fast, easy, efficient, takes up little storage space, and delivers great results in little time. Boy, you&#039;re going to be one healthy hunk in a few months!
