    Don’t worry about cutting calories. Take your temperature you should be 98F and above. This will give you a idea how your metabolism is doing focus on that. Look at proper ratios of proteins, carbs and fat. Finally, Don’t over stress about your diet. Stress itself increases stress hormones that make you gain weight.

    Awesome plan. The fasting really will help you to melt off some fat. You are truly brave for not calorie counting, but I feel this is a good approach as then you can focus more on what foods you eat and how healthy they are, and focus more on your nutrient and mineral intake. Many people get hungover with their caloric intake but then neglect to look after their health. Keep up the good work

    Great plan! Diet, proper nutrition and fitness are key success factors. Most nutrients are received from food, though, in order to enhance my energy I am taking nutritional supplements.
